Payment:

Total rental balance and damage deposit ($500.00) must be paid in advance or upon arrival of the unit. Charges are payable by: Cash, Certified Cheque, Personal Cheque (if received 15 days prior to arrival). Deposits will be refunded when the unit is left in a clean, undamaged condition and complete with all equipment.

Responsibilities of the leasee:

The leasee will have the unit in the same condition as it was received, or charges will apply for any damage or loss sustained or suffered by the unit while in their custody.

The unit and supplies must be clean for pick up. Cleaning charges will apply if the unit is not returned clean, inside and out.

Unit has a No Smoking/No Pets policy.

Inventory list is to be used to be sure all items and equipment supplied with the unit are returned and not damaged.

Unit is not to be moved in anyway by the Leasee.

Leasee is responsible for all the equipment and supplies while the unit is in their custody.

Check out time is 11:00 A.M. or otherwise discussed.
